Hello 👋
My friend Tom Marshall, a former Deloitte consultant, is on a mission to discover the secrets of a meaningful life. His 12-part podcast series explores his core beliefs along with a different guest speaker each episode.
I joined him to discuss the idea of work/life integration and what it’s like to live as a digital nomad. Have a listen to our conversation on Spotify, or on your preferred podcast platform via the tweet below.
Winter is hard and unforgiving. Be kind to yourself this week.

🛠️💻 Notion: A Tool to Replace Docs, Notes, To-Do Lists etc (Software)
I’ve tried out all the different knowledge management platforms over the past year—including the much-hyped Roam Research—and I’ve concluded that Notion is the best option out there. It’s clean, modern and integrates emojis. The basic package is free, and if you decide to upgrade, it’ll set you back a reasonable US$4-$5 each month.
